Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to promote our products and services. You will work closely with the leadership team to drive brand awareness and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing, advertising sales, analytics, performance marketing, email marketing, market research, graphic design and print advertising. Other desired expertise in photography and creating video content.
Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email and internal use.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to synchronize branding and marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Develop and execute social media calendars.
- Provide informed recommendations for ad placements and content, based on comprehensive analytic reviews.
- Create and social media boosted posts.
- Design print materials to be used within our organization and for outside marketing.
- Review past marketing campaigns to derive valuable insights for future endeavors.
- Create engaging photographic and video content of our projects to be used in various marketing channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, content marketing, advertising sales, analytics, sales, performance marketing, email marketing, market research, and print advertising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in using marketing software tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms
